These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of any course, book, membership or other digital product sold on it. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell online courses, digital books and memberships delivered entirely over the internet. No physical goods are shipped. Course descriptions state what is included before you buy.

1. Your account

You need an account to access purchased content. You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Accounts are for one person only. Sharing an account, or distributing course material to people who have not purchased it, may result in access being withdrawn without refund.

1. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected through third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your card or mobile wallet details.

1. Delivery

Access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed. If a purchase is confirmed but access does not appear within one hour, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it.

1. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

1. Intellectual property

All course videos, written material, templates and downloads remain the property of Muhammad Arif Hossain. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, upload, screen-record or publicly share any part of it.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use purchased material to create a competing product.

1. Availability

We aim to keep the website and course content available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be updated, improved or reorganised over time.

1. No guarantee of results

Our courses teach skills and methods. They do not guarantee any particular income, business outcome or exam result. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

1. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

1. Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly where course material is being shared or resold.

1. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

1. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
