Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask for it.
- The 7-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds are available where you have completed less than 25% of the course. This lets you look properly at the material before deciding, while protecting the course from being downloaded in full and then returned.
- How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with your order number and the name of the course. You do not need to give a reason, though we welcome honest feedback because it helps us improve the course.
- How long it takes
We review every request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the same payment method you used to pay. bKash and local card refunds usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days. International card refunds can take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
- What is not refundable
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
Courses where more than 25% of the lessons have been completed.
Purchases made with a discount code of 50% or more, unless required by law.
Membership or subscription payments for a period that has already been served. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments.
- Subscriptions and memberships
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
- If something is wrong with the product
If a course is not accessible, a video does not play, or the content does not match what was described on the sales page, contact us. Problems like these are fixed or refunded in full, regardless of the 7-day window.
- Duplicate or accidental payments
If you were charged twice for the same course, or a payment was taken in error, email us and the extra amount is returned in full. This is not subject to any time limit.
- Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first. We would much rather solve it directly than through your bank, and a direct refund reaches you faster than a chargeback.
